WedoCOD is an all-in-one COD (Cash on Delivery) e‑commerce operations platform designed for the Moroccan market. It connects sellers with end customers through a fully managed workflow that covers lead capture, order confirmation, warehousing, shipping, delivery, and payment collection.

Who Uses WedoCOD

WedoCOD serves two primary user types, each with dedicated plan tiers:

  • Sellers — Independent e-commerce sellers who submit products and leads. WedoCOD handles the entire fulfillment pipeline: call center confirmation, packaging, shipping, and COD collection.
  • Admins — Business operators who run their own COD operations. Admins get a dedicated dashboard to manage agents, team members, products, orders, warehouses, shipping, and reporting.

Platform Architecture

WedoCOD is a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Each account operates within its own isolated workspace. API access is protected by token-based authentication (Laravel Sanctum) and role-based permissions.
