User Types

WedoCOD supports two primary user types: Sellers and Admins. Each type has its own plan family, feature set, and API access scope.

Sellers

A Seller is an independent e-commerce operator who uses WedoCOD as a done-for-you fulfillment service. Sellers focus on products and marketing while WedoCOD handles the operational pipeline.

What Sellers Do

• Add and manage products (including marketplace products)
• Submit leads from landing pages, stores, or integrations
• Monitor order status from confirmation through delivery
• View analytics and reporting dashboards
• Manage account settings, API keys, and webhooks
• Create sourcings and interact via sourcing messages

What WedoCOD Handles for Sellers

• Call center confirmation of orders
• Packaging and warehouse operations
• Shipping via integrated carriers
• COD collection and revenue tracking
• Order tracking and status updates

Seller Capabilities Summary

Sellers have read-heavy access. They can view and export most resources, but cannot directly create or update orders. Write access is limited to products (update only), leads (delete), sourcings (create), and team member management.

Admins

An Admin is a business operator who runs their own COD operation on WedoCOD. Admins get a dedicated dashboard with full control over agents, teams, products, orders, warehouses, shipping, and settings.

What Admins Do

• Full CRUD on products, stocks, orders, and leads
• Manage agents, follow-up agents, stock managers, call center managers, and delivery staff
• Configure warehouses and shipping companies
• Manage categories, notifications, invoices, and roles
• Access full statistics: leads, orders, agents, products, and call performance
• Configure applications (YouCan, LightFunnels) and webhooks
• Manage cities, areas, and geographic configuration

Admin Capabilities Summary

Admins have full CRUD access to nearly all resources in their workspace, including the ability to create, update, and delete orders at every status. Admin plans are designed for teams that manage the entire COD pipeline in-house.
